Need a topic for a blog post?

Well, I can’t give it to you. However I recently got this idea. A website where anyone could type what they’d like someone to blog about, then blog owners can get a list and blog about a selected topic. When they are finished blogging, they return to the website and mark that they have blogged about it.
When someone marks a topic, a “Blogged count” would increase to let other bloggers know how many people have already blogged about the topic. Would you rather blog about a topic that has been blogged 50 times or 5?
When I got this idea, I decided to go domain searching. I thought of BlogIt, but that domain is already in use. Many variations of this are also in use, and either go to site roots (/ directory pages) or web portals. So if you think of a good name, let me know. I am really focused on finding a good .com domain, but I suppose .net would do if that is the only option.
Further thinking, I pictured how the website would be layed out. When I thought of the name BlogLine I pictured a big line with dots on it, all describing different blog post ideas. Blogline.com is taken, so the name was out anyways. When that idea left the building, I started thinking more of a Twitter-like approach, where the homepage had the textbox where a user would enter their blog topic request.
Now, thinking along that track, using the Twitter API someone can use Twitter as the foundation for the web application. If they made a poll application using Twitter, why not this?
This is an idea in the making, and if someone just so happens to come out with a website like this, good for them, but remember where you heard of it first.

All,
I need to renew some domains, actually a lot. They all come up for renewal in the next two months.
Anyway, I have found and tried go daddy coupons but they are expired. Anybody have a code they use that does not expire?
thank you
